Enrollment Procedure
Stage 1 - Application
Please refer to ‘Enrollment Checklist’ below- use it as a guide (the more complete your documents are, the faster the application process will be)
Any attachments you may need are also available to download in the above section
Forms must be submitted to the admissions officer together with the admissions fee
Once we have received all of your documents, we will run an assessment on your child’s academic level
Stage 2 - Assessment (virtual)
We will schedule a time for an assessment interview and a written test
The interview will be conducted by a teacher
If the student is above the age of 7, they will take a literacy and numeracy test
We will notify you once we have come to a decision
If the student is just starting out in English - we strongly recommend taking a term in English as a Second Language in order to smooth their transition into the Cambridge programme
Stage 3 - Admission
If you’ve made it to this point, congratulations! You should now receive an offer letter from the school (valid for 6 months)
Classes may begin when you pay the fees in full

Withdrawal Policy
Parents/guardians of students who intend to leave Pelita International School will have to submit the withdrawal form and give a full term’s notice.
Under our latest policy starting from July 2024. the withdrawal form must be submitted to the school office by the last school day of the previous term for withdrawal after the next term. Failure to give written notice by the stated deadline results in the forfeiture of the entire deposit.
The final dates for submission of withdrawal forms are therefore as follows:
- 18 July 2024 (for withdrawal after Term 1 2024/2025, if the student is not returning on 6 January 2025)
- 13 December 2024 (for withdrawal after Term 2 2024/2025, if the student is not returning on 14 April 2025)
- 28 March 2025 (for withdrawal after Term 3 2024/2025, if the student is not returning on 1 September 2025)
Refund of Deposit
The refund of deposit will be made within the last week of the last school term that the student attends.
